Biography

Tamara serves as a trusted advisor to both individuals and employers, focusing her practice in the areas of Estate Planning and Labor & Employment law.

As an estate planning attorney, Tamara knows that financial assets are simply one part a person’s family wealth. She is dedicated to understanding the individuals and families she serves, expertly guiding clients through the process of identifying their end-of-life goals. She then crafts customized solutions that allow clients to pass on not only their financial assets, but also the human, intellectual, and spiritual wealth developed over their lifetimes.

Tamara also assists small- and medium-sized businesses in connection with all kinds of workplace disputes. She has successfully defended employers in state and federal courts throughout Kentucky against discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wage-and-hour claims.
