Tamara has successfully defended individuals and businesses of all sizes against premises-liability and product-liability claims, as well as claims arising from both routine and catastrophic motor vehicle accidents.

Her experience in state and federal courts throughout Kentucky also extends to her practice representing employees, employers, and management in connection with all kinds of workplace disputes. Tamara defends employers against discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wage-and-hour claims, and she also spends significant time partnering with employers and their human resources departments to provide compassionate yet business-minded preventative advice specifically tailored to their specific business and industry.

Tamara is also committed to pursuing justice for employees who have been treated unfairly in the workplace. She is a zealous advocate for individuals who have experienced discrimination and harassment or who have been wrongfully terminated.
